These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchases from PACO Pay (pay.pacowellness.com), operated by PACO Wellness. By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing checkout, you electronically sign and agree to these Terms in full. The I Agree checkbox at checkout is required and is not pre-selected.

Research use only

All products are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory, analytical, and scientific research purposes only. Products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended for human or veterinary use, human consumption, injection, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

Eligibility and research-professional acknowledgment

You must be at least 21 years of age. On checkout, WAAVE RegX/Complete collects researcher information and requires a research-professional acknowledgment checkbox that is not pre-ticked. You confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use products only in compliance with applicable law.

Electronic signature / I Agree

Before you can place an order you must review the full terms presented at checkout (including WAAVE payment terms) and actively check I Agree. That action is your electronic signature. Orders cannot proceed if the box is unchecked.

Shipping

We ship to the United States only. See our Shipping Policy.

Payments

Checkout is processed by WAAVE. You authorize the charge to the payment method you submit.

Refunds and chargebacks

Refund and chargeback rules are stated in our Refund and Returns Policy. You agree to contact us first and not to file a chargeback in place of that process except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACO Wellness, this website, and affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized, improper, or unlawful use or storage of products after delivery.
